Trademark Transaction Procedure
Efficient and Secure Trademark Transaction with Guaranteed Transfer and Rights Protection
1. Inquiry & Discussion
The buyer and seller establish mutual terms with our platform’s assistance, confirming transaction intentions and details.
2. Formal Agreement & Signature
Both parties sign a formal Trademark Assignment Agreement, clearly outlining transaction terms, rights, and obligations.
3. Invoice & Payment
We issue the invoice to the buyer for payment via Escrow or PayPal. The funds are held securely until the buyer confirms receipt of ownership and all rights.
4. Trademark & Domain Transfer
We submit the trademark assignment to the relevant official authority in accordance with the signed agreement, and forward the assignment filing receipt to the buyer. Where applicable, we also assist both parties in completing the domain transfer.
5. Ownership & Rights Confirmation
We receive and forward the official transfer approval notice to the buyer, and confirm that full ownership and all rights have been delivered.
6. Disbursement & Transaction Closed
Once the buyer confirms receipt, the Escrow/PayPal platform releases the funds to us, and we then pay the seller. The transaction is closed.

Price: Seller asking price + our service fees = listing price (covered by buyer). No charges for seller at any stage.
Simply complete and submit the Trademark Information Form or provide information through Sell my trademark.
Once approved, your trademark will be promptly listed for sale to global buyers.
Direct Ownership Required
Only direct rights holders may list their own trademarks on our platform. Third-party agents are not accepted.
